Tavra is a Public Benefit Corporation committed to making AI accessible to everyone and maintaining environmental sustainability. Our Services are designed to help you manage tasks, reminders, notes, and more through simple text and voice interactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

Your phone number serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and any interactions made through our Services. Please notify us immediately if you believe unauthorized access has occurred.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our underlying technology

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods

9. SMS Messaging Terms

  • By texting Tavra at +1 (463) 275-2647, you consent to receive SMS messages related to the Tavra Chief of Staff service.
  • Message frequency varies based on your usage and preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Standard carrier messaging rates apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out will deactivate your Tavra Chief of Staff service.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact hello@tavra.ai.
  • Tavra will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tavra harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice when practical.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
